Villaen er et fullstendig renovert stein- og trehus på et gammelt hus fra 1762, en unik middelalderstruktur hvor alt interiøret har blitt gjenoppbygd med spesiell oppmerksomhet til sin egen særpreg, med enorme innervegger på mer enn 1 meter. hvor du kan finne all den friskheten du trenger om sommeren! Det kaninnkvartere opptil 8 voksne (pluss 2 barn), med 4 dobbeltrom og 4 bad. Husk at det ikke er mulig å leie kun soverom, da vi kun leier all struktur ukentlig fra lørdager. Hvis du vil være mer enn 8 personer, kan vi også legge til vår private og koselige hytte for å nå antallet på festen din til totalt 10 voksne pluss 2 barn, med fantastisk utsikt over innsjøen Trasimeno!
All eiendom med hager, saltvannsbasseng, tennisbord og trampolin er alle private for eget bruk.

En ferie i naturenmed en frisk stor stue omgitt av store eldgamle steiner om sommeren!AC på alle soverom. Ett dobbeltrom med 1 bad ligger i første etasje og de andre tre dobbeltrommene med 3 bad ligger i første etasje. Bare husk at det er tre trinn for å nå hovedinngangen til villaen. Villaen tilbyr også enstort fullt møblert karakteristisk kjøkken. Hårfønere finnes på hvert av de 4 badene. Hver dårlig har 4 puter og sengene er svært komfortable.Villaener enrøykfritt hus, folk kan bare røyke utendørs. Du kan parkere alle bilene dine inne med enprivat gratis parkering rett foran huset.

Du vil nyte ferien avslappende og sove i et flott fredelig område omgitt av naturca 15 min. med bil fra restauranter og innsjøområdet er ca. 5 km unna. Passignano sul Trasimeno er mindre enn 15 min. med bil, denne lillemiddelalderlandsby on lake er et veldig koselig sted hvor du kan finne alle fasiliteter for dine behov. Det er ferger som kan frakte deg til Mayor Island (Isola Maggiore)hvor du kan utforske et gammelt og tradisjonelt fiskersted.Landsbyen Passignano sul Trasimeno har også et fint tårn med koselige steinlagde bygninger rundt oppe på en liten høyde å oppdage.
