Private Villa for vacation rental, a little eden into nature with a 180° stunning view on the Trasimeno lake.
The Villa is a completely renovated stone and wooden made house on an old house of the year 1762 , a unique medieval structure where all the interiors has been rebuilt with particular attention to its own particularity, with huge interior walls of more than 1mt. where you can find all the freshness you need in summertime! It can accomodate up to 8 adults (plus 2 kids), with 4 double rooms and 4 bathrooms. Mind that is not possible to rent only bedrooms, as we only rent all the structure weekly from Saturdays. If you will be more than 8 people we can also add our private and cozy Cottage to reach the number of your party 'till a total of 10 adults plus 2 kids, with stunning view on Trasimeno lake!
All the property with gardens, salted water pool, tennis table and trampoline are all private for your own use.

A vacation into nature with a fresh big living room surrounded by big ancient stones in summertime! AC in all the bedrooms. One double room with 1 bathroom is located on the ground floor and the other three double rooms with 3 bathrooms are on the first floor. Just mind that there are three steps to reach the main entrance of the Villa. The Villa also provides a big full furnished characteristic Kitchen. Hair dryers provided in each of the 4 bathrooms. Each bad has 4 pillows and beds are very comfortable. The Villa is a non-smoking house, people can only smoke outdoor. You can park all your cars inside with a private free parking just in front of the house.

You will enjoy holidays relaxing and sleeping in a great peaceful area surrounded by nature about 15min. by car from restaurants and lake area is about 5km away. Passignano sul Trasimeno is less than 15 min. by car, this little medieval village on lake is a really cozy place where you can find all the facilities for your needs. There are ferries that can carry you to the Mayor Island (Isola Maggiore) where you can explore an ancient and traditional fisherman location. Passignano sul Trasimeno village also has a nice tower with cozy stone made buildings around up on a little hill to discover. The location of Villa Primaluce is really closed to Italian Art cities: Cortona, Montepulciano, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena and many others that you can discover on our Villa Primaluce Brochure. About 10 minutes from Passignano sul Trasimeno by car, located into forest.
We also have Extra services for our guests, as Cooking Classes, Italian dinners and home made pizza provided from an Italian Chef, housekeeper services on requests.

The property is surrounded by 11 mq of Olives trees and nature around. You can also have nice walkings into the forest paths.
Our swimming pool is salted and usually opened from May to early October, it depends by weather.

Villa Primaluce is a finely restored medieval stone structure where you can experience an unforgettable holiday, almost as if you were in a small medieval castle. Its structure is reminiscent of an ancient tower and its walls over 1mt. wide make the living room ambience very cool in summer.

Villa Primaluce is in the middle of a forest, where you can enjoy walking into nature around the hill. You can also rent a boat on Lake to have half a day tour around this beautiful lake.

Trasimeno Lake is a fairy tale area with lots to discover. A lunch on the Mayor Island, landscapes from Castiglione del Lago, the old ancient village up to the hill at Passignano sul Trasimeno and bike tours to do all around the Trasimeno lake.

You can have some fun with an Italian private cooking class where an Italian Chef will show you, while preparing home made Gnocchi, tagliatelle, Pizza and other Italian traditional food!
