Die Villa ist ein komplett renoviertes Haus aus Stein und Holz auf einem alten Haus aus dem Jahr 1762, einem einzigartigen mittelalterlichen Bauwerk, dessen gesamte Innenräume mit besonderem Augenmerk auf seine Besonderheiten mit riesigen Innenwänden von mehr als 1 m umgebaut wurden. Hier finden Sie die Frische, die Sie im Sommer brauchen! Es kannPlatz für bis zu 8 Erwachsene (plus 2 Kinder), mit 4 Doppelzimmern und 4 Badezimmern. Beachten Sie, dass es nicht möglich ist, nur Schlafzimmer zu vermieten, da wir die gesamte Struktur nur wöchentlich ab Samstag vermieten. Wenn Sie mehr als 8 Personen sind, können wir auch unser privates und gemütliches Cottage hinzufügen, um die Anzahl Ihrer Gruppe zu erreichen, bis zu einer Gesamtzahl von 10 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Trasimenischen See!
Das gesamte Anwesen mit Gärten, Salzwasserpool, Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin steht Ihnen zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Komplett renoviertes Landhaus im mittelalterlichen Stil mitten in der Natur am Trasimenischen See, mit 4 Doppelzimmern und 4 Badezimmern, einem großen privaten Salzwasserpool 12 mt. x 6 m. Dazu gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte, eine Sauna und einen kleinen Fitnessraum.KOSTENLOSES WLAN steht zur Verfügung in der gesamten Struktur.
